One of the best heating and air experiences I've had in my lifetime. The owner is honest and cares about his clients. During the frigid January weather, my mother and I lost heat in cold, freezing weather. Our regular service provider left us a week without any resolution on fixing the unit. Jim and his team installed my heat and air unit in my upstairs. They arrived on time. They were pleasant, cooperative, left my house cleaner than they found it. The price was exactly what he quoted. The unit is working fabulously. I would highly recommend them.
Jim and Tim responded quickly to service call and tested all areas of HVAC. Found clog in water pump caused pressure to do emergency shut down of system. Excellence service and fair price. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. It’s good to have someone trustworthy and reasonably priced to call on. Our emergency heat went out during one of the coldest temps of the year. I called Jim and he immediately came out that morning. He quickly found the problem and the part was covered under warranty. Was told that he would pickup the part up the next day. Tim came out the following day and quickly installed.

Very prompt and quick response at a very reasonable price. I called at least 10 other places, and being the day after a holiday (Independence Day), I only got the run around or sky high emergency hours pricing. Jim answered the phone on the 2nd ring and was at my house in 35 minutes. Jim and his associate were very nice, and explained what was going on with my unit and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I expect A LOT from all services I pay for, and these guys exceeded my expectations while I only got the run around from the other companies. Will definitely use them for my hvac services going forward.

I have known Jim for a few years. I have an extremely old AC unit that he has served a few times over the years. Well my heat exchanger in the unit cracked in multiple locations (the last week of November). We got an estimate from Jim and four other estimates. He was by far the most reasonable with pricing. I called him on Friday around 10am. He was done installing everything by 3pm. He is accommodating and quick to action.Very happy and great customer service!!!
I called around 9 am as our heat went out last night. He was here around 10 and had the heat fixed around 1. He took the time to explain everything he did and what each charge was and was very reasonable on pricing. I will definitely call if I need help again. My house is a perfect temperature! Thank you!

we live in knoxville part time, got here and found our heat was not working, called A&A, jim got here within the hour and had us fixed in 30min, very fair priced, we were very happy with jim and his professionalism, definitely recommend A&A!!
Jim answered the phone and got to us the next day. Diagnosed, obtained parts, made repair ...all in one day with only service charge to us. He called in serial number and found warranty coverage for parts and labor. Highly recommend!!

Our experience with Tim and Jim was awesome!! Took almost an hour to put in new compressor and everything that they had to do for the whole job. Very nice people and prices were excellent! Will definitely use them again in the future when needed!!
For you that don’t know Jim Anderson, you will be in for a very nice surprise, when you call him for repairs to your heat and A/C unit. They don’t come any nicer, more honest or harder working than Jim Anderson. His friendly attitude and his heart felt concerns for his customers are what really stands out. He’s a heck of a guy and really knows his stuff! (Jim does a lot more than HVAC). A real handy guy to know!
